 On the afternoon of March 11, Zhao Zhuping, Vice Secretary-general of Shanghai Municipal Government, Cheng Zhengdong, Director of the Municipal Social Security Center, Li Ying, Director of the Employment Guidance Department of Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau as well other leaders went to Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co., Ltd. (FSG) under Donghao Lansheng Group (DLG) to investigate and research into the pandemic prevention and control situation and the resumption of work and production. Cao Wei, Vice Party Secretary and President of DLG, Li Dong, Vice Party Secretary and Vice President of DLG and Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of FSG, as well as other relevant leaders participated in the reception and investigation.
On behalf of DLG, President Cao Wei expressed his thanks to the inspection group headed by Vice Secretary-general Zhao Zhuping for their purposeful visit, introduced to them about the general situation of DLG’s work and production resumption, and reported the Group’s down-to-earth implementation of the Municipal Government's deployment of badly-needed imported materials for pandemic prevention. He also introduced the latest progress of DLG in preparing for the 46th World Skills Competition by overcoming the impact of the pandemic and actively assisting the Municipal Government.
On behalf of FSG, Vice President Li Dong delivered a report on pandemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production. His report mainly focused on the “hard battles” FSG had to fight during the pandemic prevention and control period, the “big test” in economic development as well as the work done by FSG in assisting enterprises, stabilizing posts and expanding employment. He also put forward the relevant difficulties and appeals. 
After hearing the report, Vice Secretary-general Zhao Zhuping expressed sincere thanks to DLG for its excellent work in cooperating with the Municipal Government in collecting pandemic prevention materials and undertaking the World Skills Competition. He pointed out: By giving full play to its professional advantages, FSG interpreted policies for enterprises, carried out customer visits and investigation, conveyed the appeals of enterprises to the government, guaranteed the smooth work resumption of enterprises with practical actions, ensured continuous service delivery through the platform, and spared no pains in stabilizing posts and expanding employment through innovative measures. Although FSG is an enterprise, it has performed many service functions of the government and has helped the government to solve the enterprise appeals, so FSG deserves full marks in terms of its performance!
Vice Secretary-general Zhao Zhuping also introduced the pandemic prevention and control work in the whole city. He required FSG to actively implement the pandemic prevention and control arrangements enacted by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, pay close attention to the pandemic situations, conscientiously fulfill the principal responsibilities of the enterprise, and coordinate the work of pandemic prevention and control and economic development. Finally, he asked the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to earnestly respond to FSG’s appeals in accordance with the guidance of precise policy implementation and the win-win concept for all parties, so that the policy would truly benefit the relevant enterprises.
